Best I can tell, the only options you have are specific ring tones and vibrations (defaults or custom) per contact. You can also get a different tone if that contact sends you a text message vs a Call/email.

What about setting custom ring profiles for specific contacts/email addresses? The goal is to make my iPhone go berserk when I get a pingdom alert or similar. Only way to do it on iOS ATM is MyProfiles via JailBreak which I would call less than optimal.
